Trying to reschedule a flight

I had a flight for Friday tried calling to reschedule all Friday and no response had to buy a next ticket it's unfair for customers to be calling your numbers and not getting through this is a lot of money and I'm hearing I can't get back my ticket the flight number is 48A3YY I'm very disappointed

Resolved: Worst service ever unreasonable boarding agent caused me to miss my flight. Had a very negative attitude. Terrible customer service will never fly Southwest again.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just wrote them a letter ,but they didn’t apologize !

I missed a flight because a boarding agent was too busy talking after she took my pass and did not get me to the flight and would not let me go. The door was shot and they said too bad you missed your flight would not open the door and let me on the plane. Totally her fault.

I lost my flight info for tomorrow and needs to get the flight number and times. Customer service, Aisha, was very efficient and friendly and I got my answer in about 5 minutes. Thats what I call excellent service.

Concerning voucher

I purchased 8 round trip tickets to Charlotte NC 08-09-23. One person Nina Martinez11-24-03 couldnt travel due to her mother having surgery.

I sent a email to Bob Jordan,requesting that I receive a voucher credit because Im the person who paid for all of the tickets on my credit card because I was informed that only one credit card could be used. Im a 75 year old female on a fixed income and cant afford to lose money. I never received any response from Mr.Jordan. Im pledging to you to grant me my request asap.

Please consider if I was your mother. I cant get my money back because Nina, doesnt have any money and no income to repay me. Im trying to visit my daughter and her family for Thanksgiving or February for our Family reunion. Please help me.

Once you purchase a ticket for someone under their name, it becomes their property. On the upside, your friend will have a voucher when she is ready to fly.

I paid over the phone for my ticket for me and for my Chihuahua Gertie. I paid for both tickets and when I get to the airport they tell me that I have to pay in person so they can see how big she is I get that, but I was told I had to buy another ticket for Gertie and was told I would be refunded for the over the phone payment.

Never was refunded. The worst part is a year later I got another ticket for me and Gertie and I made sure over and over asking am I gonna be charged when I get to the airport I was told no.

I absolutely was charged again same exact thing I tried for months trying to get at least one tickets refund and to this day I have not . I absolutely will never fly with Southwest ever again and definitely would not recommend.no way

Terrible Airline

This is the worst Airline Ive ever flown with. Southwest Airlines should be ashamed of themselves for how bad they are doing business.

First of all we paid for our flight tickets and selected certain seats in certain areas. Now as usual before boarding the plane you have to wait until the attendant announces the zone area that you will be seated in. So if all that is the normal procedure then why on earth do I have to play musical chairs when I get on the plane. If I paid for a window seat than I expect a window seat not a middle seat for 4 hours.

That is a sad surprise for a customer and I couldnt even sit together with my wife. I purchased to seats that was together so what changed when we got on the plane? That was awful and terrible and no one had any clear answers for me.

I will never fly with this airline again. And I will make it my mission to tell as many people as I possibly can to avoid you as well.

You're either lying or are a fool. SW doesn't allow you to book specific seats.

Secondly, who cares if you didn't get to sit next to your wife for a few hours? You'll see her again on the other end of the flight and it probably provided her with a welcome break from you.

LUV vouchers

Thank you for taking the time to read my email. A couple of years ago when Southwest was struggling to fulfill its arrangement on flying due to Logistics no pilots and so forth covid we were detained in Florida for 2 weeks.

This cost us substantial income to stay there not to mention loss of work time. In an effort to ease the pain Southwest issued us 2- $250 worth of Love vouchers which expired a few months ago. Due to family issues and covid we just weren't able to do anything with the vouchers. I'm asking if you guys could reenact them.

I called the regular customer service line they said they could not do anything but that I should email you guys because they expired.

My son is getting married the first week of September and I would like to use them to get to him from one of my projects in Northern California . so I'm asking if they can be re-energized here are the numbers for all four of the vouchers two or $200 two are $50

Someone stole my rewards points and sold them

I purchased a ticket for 518. Dollars and change I never got the refund someone else did I purchased it to go to a Reno convention with my CSCA union and southwest said I would get a refund or credit on my rewards somebody stole my rewards, didnt use it then gave it to someone else they flew on my ticket. I have yet to hear from them or hear of the outcome I want my money back and I want to press charges.
