I tried to move my wife's flight (T9SYNT) up a few days and was willing to pay any difference in the ticket price. I was denied on Sunday the 20th and again on Monday the 21st to change because your folks tell me I supposedly booked the ticket incorrectly the first time.

That seems silly since I had an AIR Confirmation, no notice sent that there was a problem and Southwest customer folks who could care less that it was creating a problem for me. I wound up having to buy my wife another ticket and this confirmed ticket is supposed to be credited to me but I am unaware of any effort to pay me back for the first CONFIRMED ticket.

I have flown Southwest Airlines from its beginning and generally love your airline but simply do not understand why you had to refuse to help me. That just doesn't seem like the Southwest way.

Product or Service Mentioned: Southwest Airlines Flight Booking.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

I didn't like: That i was not allowed to change my flight.

Define booked incorrectly.

"no notice sent that there was a problem "

IF you booked it incorrectly as in times, dates etc. but those dates correspond to actual flights, why would you expect any kind of notification?
