I booked a flight to Atlanta and a Hotel for a three day business trip. The business matter concluded one day early.
The flight was easily changed but I was charges for the entire three day hotel stay even though I checked out the morning of the second day. Southwest points to booking.com. The Booking.com website will not allow changes one the trip has begun. This is no way to treat a business traveler, whose plans often change mid trip.
I received no "special" or discounted hotel rate.
I could have received the same room rate direct from the hotel. I want a refund for the last day of the stay.
