Here's the summary: Flight from HOU to BWI cancelled, flew stby HOU to DCA. did bags make it?

No bag at DCA, so bag claim office says check back....ok. Next day, THREE calls w/ msg to BWI office and no return call. BWI is 2 hrs away so a call from them to confirm yes o no would be great...Granted bad weather affects all airlines, but how your company responds to customers is key.

The baggage claim folks at DCA were actually less than helpful, and better suited for making lamps in the prison workshop. Sorry, but there is no need for attitude especially after greeting them professionally and courteously Next time it won't be SWA.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of southwest airlines baggage policy. Southwest Airlines needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
