On April 3, 2018 Stuart Bagley was on Flight 5957 leaving Ft. Lauderdale Fl heading to Chicago IL. He landed at the Midway Airport and was informed his luggage was missing and Southwest had no tracking system for lost luggage outside of Midway Airport. The luggage had his winter coat and essential equipment.

Mr. Bagley had to go outside in 23 degree weather ! in a thin short sleeve shirt to get a taxi at 2 AM in the morning. Mr Bagley lost half a day of work because he had no outdoor clothing to wear and his equipment was missing.

Mr. Bagley wants compensation including a full refund of the ticket at the very least! Unhappy passenger.
