2 flights with 2 20$ checkin fees and 2 flights with 2 50$ check in fees. Denied due to their policy. During this virus this is criminal that they would not refund or put to use for a future flight There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this treatment

Monetary Loss: $140.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Are those nonrefundable fees?Google definition of nonrefundable if needed


Or you should have taken the time to READ and UNDERSTAND the terms before you agreed to them. This is what YOU said you knew would happen if you tried to cancel out.

Unless of course, you can find the special situation clause that allows you out of your agreement. You try to play the newly trending virus card. I would think if you're so worried about the bug, you wouldn't care about some pocket change. This thing is helping to show people's true selfish and stupid natures.

DO NOT agree to anything unless you're MAN enough to honor them. "You work for them."
