I paid for my boyfriend a ticket from my charge card which now I no longer have. I have a new one.

My husband is present awaiting hip replacement bone on bone we had our canes thank God but as time approached to change to other flight. Was informed the desk outside the plain said we were at wrong gate it was c39 needed to be at C29 as that desk explained our plane was boarding there was no way for me to walk the distant but the worker behind the desk thank God went found a wheel chair and rush me, while my husband had to walk to the other gate hetook the floor ride as far as he could and did manage to get there we barley made it.
And since we been back my husband is really suffering more pain then he had been in.

One of your customers/my friend was in a car accident and still in the hospital. Her return flight is tomorrow which she can't make.
I need to know the procedures to change her flight (hopefully at not cost). There's proof she's in the hospital and hasn't been released yet. Confirmation number is MMMKQK/Mindy Hunt.
I have whatever info is needed to verify her current conditions. What's the next step?
