Yeah they check your bags for free! And steal anything they want! Not the first time it has happened at Dallas Love Field for me! Flyers beware! Ridiculous! You get nothing but runaround! All these years of hearing how freaking fabulous Southwest is ... and get behind...

I am a frequent flyer and have used SouthWest airlines for many years and have never had an incident where I have lost my luggage. It appears that the competence of your baggage handlers are becoming a problem. I am now concerned weather I should continue my use of...

I will never fly southwest again.I will opt for paying a higher price than ever fly with this criminal organization again. One of my bags was 5 pounds over the limit, the other was 43 pounds UNDER the limit and they charged me $75 for the overweight bag! Disgusting...

Obviously the $75.00 does not make the baggage handler stronger. What it does is to discourage passengers from packing heavier bags. As a result, there are fewer, if any, ba...

It is so pathetic when a person cannot read. Any competent person able to read would have seen when they bought the ticket that the first two bags are free, but if bags are o...

They lost our luggage then blamed us costing us 45.00 to have them send it to us fed ex. They overbooked and then would only allow one of us to board saying the other was the cutoff. Mind you we had booked these flights 4 months prior and were there 2 hours before flight. We got no supervisor to call us back about problem even though we were assured they would.
