Southwest Airlines - Preboard

Went to get preboard because I use a cane & have bad left knee. Desk clerk was nasty & refused to give to me until I gave her exact answer. I am waiting for my flight now in Cleveland Ohio flight 1890 going to Chicago. Only city I have had this problem & also only airline.

Southwest Airlines - Count does not match

I enjoy flying with Southwest and I understand mistakes come up. But I'm a little surprised at the way they handled double checking everyone who boarded. The woman who came around to check off the passengers name per her list apologizes to me she didn't see my name because she doesn't have her glasses. I can't image there was no one else available to complete a check off list.
