Southwest Airlines - Poor Customers Service

I called to add early bird check in to my tickets, the agent said they were added to both tickets and they were not. Glad i caught it since now i have to check in with the other ticket. But when i called to get this resolved they told me there was nothing they could do and a supervisor hung up on me.
