You did agree to the terms.it clearly says if you fail to cancel 10 min prior all trips on the reservation will be canceled and forfeited.

I called to add early bird check in to my tickets, the agent said they were added to both tickets and they were not. Glad i caught it since now i have to check in with the other ticket. But when i called to get this resolved they told me there was nothing they could do and a supervisor hung up on me.

The worst customer service ever. Lost my golf clubs from vegas to San Diego. Had a tee time at Torrey pines which we had paid for in advance and am still fighting to recoup the lost money. Agent got nasty and rude when I asked what happened. Blamed TSA and stated they lose clubs all the time. If this is a fact, a warning should be posted before hand.
