I was with my mother, grandmother, and grandfather in the disabled line, my grandmother is lame and incontinent and my grandfather can't walk down slopes. The line for people with disabilities started around 30 minutes before boarding and we were waiting there since it started.

Then, right before boarding a woman ran to the front of the line and refused to move. The ticket agent let her go ahead, then when my mom complained a man (who was in the normal line) snuck through and ran. When my mom brought him up the agent didn't care. Then when the person in front of us was boarding, the ticket agents computer said there was an error with the ticket, after this happened three time she decided to just let the person board.

On the plane, my mother made a complaint to the steward who threatened to kick her off because he didn't want to hear her complaining through the flight. She filed a complaint with a manager but nothing came of it.

I filed a complaint online back in November and they haven't gotten back to me. Here is a picture of one of the cutters.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Fire the Steward.

Let's see, the agent starts a scene with a single person for the benefit of another person(2 maybe 4 in total) and hold up boarding for everyone else. Once onboard, the crew rather than getting the other 100+ people in their seats in preparation to push back, they should entertain your mom's nonsense, risk losing a take off slot and delay everyone else so your mom can have her say and get her pound of flesh OR Your mom could have strapped her buns in and got ready to fly.

I can understand why they would want to put her off the flight. Sorry but the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, even if they're "lame and incontinent."

agree. some of the podium agents and ticket agents at the gate counters are rude and unprofessional but want to blame the customers. SW needs to check their employees

Your experience with SW Airlines personnel if very similar to how I was treated. SW Airlines did respond but with BS. We're done with the airlines.
